COVID-19 Information

YYG Charlottetown Airport has been committed to doing everything possible to protect the health and safety of our employees, tenants, guests, and passengers. These efforts have recently been recognized by Airports Council International (ACI) and YYG is now accredited in its Airport Accreditation program.
ACI’s Airport Health Accreditation program is designed to reassure the travelling public that airport facilities remain safe and that precautions are being taken to limit health risks during the travel process. Participation in the program is voluntary for airports, who are also required to complete ongoing self-assessments and quality assurances, leading to a cycle of continuous improvement.
When you do decide to travel again it’s important to educate yourself on the processes and procedures as well as learn about the measures now implemented at the airport designed to keep passengers and employees healthy and safe.
