Charlottetown Airport Authority - Cleaning Tender 2026-2029

The work of this contract involves the provision of all supervision, labour, materials and equipment required to conduct building cleaning services at the Charlottetown Airport, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

The building cleaning services are required at four buildings: Air Terminal Building (ATB) including the expansion, Combined Services Building (CSB), Quick Turnaround Facility (QTA – Car Wash), and occasionally, the NAV Canada Flight Service Station 5th Floor (FSS). The majority of the work is located within the ATB.

Closing Date: January 20th at 2pm ADT.

Mandatory Site Visit: January 5^th at 2pm ADT.

Questions must be submitted by: January 13^th at 2pm ADT.
